I'm Renato. I've been running businesses for the last decade — a furniture brand with thousands of SKUs, a supplements company in turnaround, an inventory system I shipped because no off-the-shelf tool could do what we needed. CrewLabs comes from the same place: I kept hitting work that should be automated and wasn't.

The AI tools out there assumed I had a spare engineer to wire them up. I didn't. Most founders I know don't. So we built Crew the other way around: you tell us what you need, we build the agent, we ship it on the channels you already use. No dashboard to learn. No prompts to engineer. Just the work, getting done.

Crew lives on Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Gmail, iMessage, and 18 more. It remembers what your customers said three months ago. It uses a real browser when there's no API. It asks before it spends a dollar or sends to a customer. It doesn't feel like ChatGPT-with-extra-steps because it isn't.

I take every kickoff call for the first hundred customers. That's how we figure out what Crew should ship next — not from a roadmap deck, from the founders we work with.
